Guides: Creating A Squad

Creating a Squad- QUICKSTART
Four-step process for running your WWII Online squad/unit:

1. Go the WWII Online Player Services page (http://services.wwiionline.org) and log in with your Playnet member name and password.

2. Create a squad/unit by clicking on “Squadron/Unit Creation”.

3. Enter in your unique squad/unit short name and long name, and optionally a description and categorization, and the squad/unit will be created.

BINGO! The squad/unit can now be managed.

4. To get players to join, e-mail the player the unique squad/unit key found on the Squad Status screen. Once three players are joined, the squad/unit will become “active” in the game.

In-Game Squad Radio- QUICKGUIDE
In-game you can tune any one of your radio channels to your private squad channel. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to:

1. Open the radio tuner with the “enter” key or click on ”message”.

2. Select a channel to tune for your squad

3. Click on the squad icon (the orange one with the 3 soldiers) and you are tuned.

4. Chat with your squad!
